I'd be willing to place money on it, Vippers.They're expensive and prone to breaking if you remove them, so it's a bit of a cunt all round. If I lived anywhere near you, I'd be willing to take a look and see what I could do to help you dodge garage charges.

I appreciate it anywaya quick search on the internet for it found someone looking to replace one who described their problem for more like what we have been having than anything else we'd seen.
the car is on its way out though, and with new jobs we may as well buy a fancy van, as that is the plan anyway
