I think their exclamation mark key is stuckyou should unstick it by repeatedly beating them over the head with their keyboard until they are very quiet as if they were dead.

My boss is spectacularly unpleasant by email.Once I started replying in capitals with fifteen question marks after everything he got a little better.
Example:
'XYZ is still not done. WHY?????????'
reply:
'BECAUSE I KEEP GETTING DISTRACTED BY ILL-MANNERED, SHOUTY EMAILS!!!!!!!!!'
