I did 15 miles with a heavy pack (was camping)It near crippled me. If they hadn't had hot showers at the camp site i'd not have been able to walk the next day. Unloaded though you should be fine, just take breaks when you need them.

Yeah, it'll be unloaded.I'll be taking lunch and waterproofs, and a fully-loaded mp3 player.
