Sorted out a new place no bother
however I have been jerked around something chronic by Oxford, so I'll end up moving flat at the start of september, but commuting back to Birmingham for a month. Which is annoying, but oh well - at least I have a job and somewhere to live.

Found a place that's sort of half-and-half
it's in a shared house, but it's the entire basement; I have my own little living room, bedroom and bathroom, and I share the kitchen. It's really, really nice.

EDIT - and Oxford are just being wankers. But it's fine.
