Americans don't have anywhere near the same employment laws that we do.How they get away with it in, say, Birmingham however. I haven't a clue.

That, presumably, is why the first UK Hooters was in my home city of NottinghamWhere the female/male ratio is famously disproportionate and gives one greater choice. Presumably in Birmingham they worked on the principle that everyone is so stupid that it's only fair to employ based purely on looks.
