It's really fucking bad news.The idea of giving it to heroin addicts is insane - it's much worse than heroin, but hey! It's made by pharmaceutical companies rather than Afghan farmers so it's OK, apparently.
If they say you need it then you'd better do as they suggest, but I'd be very wary of taking it for more than a very short spell indeed.

they'd be better off giving them a purer form of heroin than they can get from dealersrather than something cooked up in a lab.
