That's not the reasonI don't think. At least with a lot of the smaller places. You can buy their wines, for instance, online through brokers but they won't ship them outside the US. I asked a couple last time I was over there and they went on about taxation difficulties etc. But they have to deal with taxation differences shipping state-to-state so I'm not sure that makes sense
