I've got a packet mussels from Marks'n'Sparks, that are done in shallots and white wine, it's only one packet so I'm going to spruice them up with some chopped onion, white wine, coriander, and ricotta... and then serve them on a bed of home made spegetti as I have lots of left-over pasta dough.
