It is absolutely the finest cut of beef for a roast/grillAs long as you aren't some kind of medium/well done Mary.
Barbecue it and serve it with frites and bernaise sauce.

Nicely toasted on the outside, but very pink and warm in the middle, thanks. Fnar.Doing a C-d-B on the barbie would make for some proper good man-cooks-meat-outdoors photos too, I should think!
