Not on the channel I'm onit used to be like that but then it went invite only and I got grandfathered in because I used to upload (albeit slowly). There's a script you can get that puts all the downloadable stuff in a separate window and all I have to do is just click on a file and it downloads as fast as I can get it. I'd be lost without it.
