I'm sure you've seen throughout your years (and please note, I have no idea if this is true, I know f'ck all about you really) the desperation a smack addict has when he's desperate for the sting of a needle in his arm. I've seen the desperation as a mother open's her legs for a stranger for cash. The pure and utter desilute that is written about in fiction, which these kinds of people go through.
