Brighton to Farringdon - 1h30 ish.I need about £220-230 for a 2 bed, and I'd be lucky to get one near the tube and near local shops. I could go for somewhere around enfield town, which would have the shops and stuff, but increased crime and futher away, I quite like enfield town, but not estatic.
I'd need about £150-200 for a 2 bed in brighton, and I can choose pretty much any area/point that I could possibly want, and have money left over to do it up.

I suppose you need to balance if travelling for 3 hours a day is something you'll be happy doing.(

In which case, it sounds to me that Brighton might be the perfect solution.Have you found any houses/flats in the Brighton area that you want to go and see?
