alligator, swordfish or shark probably
don't particularly rate any of them. A decent tuna steak is nicer than swordfish or shark or marlin (although that comes close)

my scalp is so fucking itchy
the rest is ok. I still haven't slept much and feel weird. Almost all the spots are gone from my forehead now though. it seemed to start at the top and work its way down, so will probably leave that way too.

yeah, apparently you are contagious from 2 days before the spots appear until the last one has crusted over
first one appeared saturday before last, but I've had so many I'm not totally convinced that they'll be done by Monday. One of my colleagues is pregnant so I really don't want to risk giving it to her. If I go back next week on Monday I only have 4 days before I leave that job though...

aside from the contagion aspect, I feel shit and have hardly slept for a week and a half

I got chicken pox for a second time when I got sunstroke on holiday in Cornwall as a ten year old. Chicken pox + sunstroke = arghshitfuckwhat
