I've had ostrich
it just tasted like very lean beef. Wild boar was nice, kind of like uberpork (as you might expect, really)
I ate a spider once for a dare when I was about 4. Even though I'm not scared of spiders there's no fucking way I'd do that now.

I did beef wellington for Christmas dinner last year, otherwise I think I'd have a bash at that. I might do wild boar in calvados instead though.
