There are a few houses like that round by me.I live in a lovely part of York. If you've got the means I can find you some great houses that need renovating. You'll make a tidy packet.

I'm looking for another do-upper Maybe this time next year, but I can't afford York.
Mind you, this place was supposed to be a do-up and sell but I'm not letting it go. Too attached to it now.

You'd be surprised what 150K will buy you in York.About 2/3 of a house.
