You nonce.Why would heteros want to enter into civil partnership? The big deal about marriage for gays is that marriage is a religious thing as well as a legal thing. Gay Muslims or Christians can't have a ceremony which is religious for their CP.
Heteros already have the option of Civil Partnership, it's called getting married in a secular ceremony.
