Time for an anecdote - A guy I know bought a little retirement flat in a place at the end of the world called Kinlochleven, in the west of Scotland. Got it very cheap and couldn't work out why it was so cheap.

The reason - Jimmy Fucking Saville also owned a flat there and was such an enormous cunt that people were prepared to take a loss on their investment just to get away from him.
