i got so mad with addison lee the other morning that i accused them of fraudi got the cab journey for free, but i was still nearly late for court and my blood pressure was through the roof. they're like the nestle of cab companies. they are so big and so busy that they simply don't care.
but turns out accusing them of fraud might squeeze a result even though it is legally UTTER bollocks. oh well.
