I reckon whenever these things happen, the person or people involved in the waste of money should have to go to every nurse, doctor, fireman, police man, army man...etc.... who is out of work... and say to them "I'm sorry you don't have a job, it's because I wasted half a billion pounds out of the public purse, my bad."
