HI BERT! they have toned my legs and ass. this is undeniable.the reason being that i spent £100 on them, so then i started walking 7 miles home about 4 days a week. so i don't give a flying fuck if the trainers actually work or not, the effect has been the same. and they are VERY comfortable. and this pair was only £40 - bargain.
