I know this doesn't make a lot of sense really
My job is effectively reporting and troubleshooting. I only need to be able to use Outlook, Excel and Visio to do it - I think this maintains my "useless with computers" status.

It's hard to use WELL. Swim lanes and that aren't so difficult, that's all I can manage thus far.
