Karma.I used to have a garden flat years ago, and I owned the horseshoe shaped drive. The coffin dodger who lived above me was a shit driver, after I moved in he handposted me a note asking me not to park there, as he had problems reversing. Out of spite, I made a point of leaving my car there for ages. He got more and more upset, and ended up having a heart attack. Ha, Karma on the old bastard.
Edit, he didn't die.
