Is it morally ok to harness them up like that? Ok most of them can hardly generate more than 0.3kwh so it's hardly worth it but I enjoy watching them sweat.

Oh yeah, using old folk to generate electricity.The feed-in tariff ain't all it's cracked up to be.
I have to have them PAT tested every year for one thing.
