Moi aussi.I remember when Come On Die Young came out. I remember loving it deeply and being astounded by the mixed reaction to it.
I still stand by my view that it is Mogwai at their finest- it took what they were doing with single tracks and translated it to the album context. Breathtaking maturity for a bunch of 21 year old metalheads.
That whole section from May Nothing But Happiness...through to Xmas Steps. Unbeatable.

Meh.I rushed into Cardiff to get Rock Action when it came out, got home and was devastated. Of the recent stuff, I loved Zidane and liked The Hawk is Howling. They've been dull for a fair few years now.
