Turn your computer off, lie back and relax.
Some warm milk about twenty minutes before you want to sleep might help - not too much, though! You don't want to spoil your tender sleep with getting up for weewees! Starting at your toes, tense and release your muscles and tendons a couple of times, then relax. Do the same with your ankles, then your calves, and continue up your body making sure to use all your muscles. Now that your body is relaxed, it's time to settle your mind. Make sure you're in your default falling-asleep position, close your eyes and try to clear your mind. Think of your Happy Place, wherever it may be. Whatever you do, try not to think about me rubbing my cock between your willing grandmama's pendulous arse cheeks.

And what you most certainly shouldn't do, as I learned last night,
is listen to the This American Life episode that has the story of the man with tinitus on it. They play sound effects that try to make you feel what tinitus is like.

All I can say is that I am surprised people with it ever sleep at all.

Particularly Pete Townshend.
And nothing to do with his tinnitus. The dorty wee fecker.

Tinitus, Tiny Tots. They sound similar.
