I don't understand all of the words in your post.Also, the "put the girls in front" policy tends to work better with attractive girls. Or are they what passes for attractive at "Blizzcon"?

They're probably attractive for blizzcon, dunno never been.There is no joke, it's a look at the pictures of geeks post. Don't read too much into it.
