=)Apparently, and I'm pretty sure I don't understand it, but they can use chemo to zap out the bone marrow and replace it with new ones that are made using stem cells, which would cure all auto-imume deseases or something like that.
They're using bone marrow on the hair bikers at the moment, looks quite tasty.
