dunno not got any feedback yet.They didn't even call my references, I think it was because my job title says analyst rather than manager they chucked my application.

That sounds pants.I haven't even had a 'fuck off' letter for the last four or five jobs I applied for. My conclusion is that employers are shit.

I don't think they send those out to anyone anymore.All I've ever had is the occasional "sorry, you sucked, fuck off" email from a recruiter.
