I don't like seeing shop staff being forced into wearing costumes and so on. Their jobs are shitty enough already without publicly humiliating them in the name of false jollity. Poor bastards.

The staff at my local Co-op bank had to dress up in an Arthurian theme some years ago.Women in wimples, the men as jesters. Poor bastards, they looked uncomfortable as shit
