Well have you spoken to the teachers about it?Just ask them what they're doing about it, they'll probably know what's necessary more than anyone here and probably have a bullying policy.
Just make sure you're kept up to date and see if you can get a copy of the policy.

We went to the school last night and spoke to her teacher. She is following it up today. I'm trying to stay calm about it all and not kick off but it needs to be dealt with correctly so it doesn't happen again to either my daughter or anyone elses
