Even when I have had it in expensive eateries, polenta is a waste of time.
Compared to say... a couple of roast spuds.

I like it both soft and hard (oo-err)
I followed an amazing mushroom/red wine soup recipe that had a dollop of polenta in at the end. It was fucking amazing!
