I've been claiming it as Truth Fairy for a whileTruthy stopped posting around the same time that Quento started.
Plus they both have a similar MO of flitting between constantly repeating the same joke and occasionally posting normally.

If it is Truthbertit's doing a good job of keeping up the poor grammar and punctuation bit, because I don't recall Truthbert having that problem.
