You could have a "fake" Christmas with her.Ask her what she wants to eat, make a big fuss and make her all the treats she likes (cost-pending) and have a big feast in front of the tree or something. It wouldn't cost much and she'd love it
Everyone else can fuck off - they know you are having trouble financially so just send/make them a card or write them a letter or something
