Are you recruting or looking yourself.I find when I'm looking for more staff and workers, the agencies send everyone on their books, regardless of suitability.

Financial ServicesAre trying to cut back on the number of contractors they have, also the rates people get paid can seem excessive to some. Especially as there is little job security for permanent employees.
