There's a curry recipe for every one of god's tasty little creatures.Made a fish curry t'other week for the first time. The idea had never appealed before, y'know the smell and all? It was a tamarind salmon feast! Nomtastic.
The goat tonight was actual goat, not mutton as is generally the case. There must be a direct correlation between how cantankerous a creature is and how damned tasty it is ;)
