You can get a 95% mortgage if you buy a shitty new-build shoe-box that will inevitably fall down in 5 years.Or, at least, this is what has been proposed. I will help some people who can scrape together a 5% deposit but not 10 or 20, but do nothing about the underlying problem, most likely.
