that's why we only hire part timers to do it, mums who don't mind doing it for a few hours a couple of days a weekfairly lucrative if you get the right people

Young mothers are a bit of a gold mine for us as well.They prefer to work part time or split shifts which fits into some of our call peaks. Without wasting our time when they're we're not busy. And they still get to pick up their kids from school etc.
