Cool, I do a glaze which is 2p Honey, 1p Mustard, 1/2p mild curry powder, it's ace on pork chops and duck legs.When I'm in my new joint, I *think* there is a proper butchers, so i'll give it a shot. You can get it in the nice amazing butchers in Cockfosters but I don't wanna do any heavy cooking again in this place.

Meat from supermarkets is low quality and highly prices. Go for a butchers or a market every time. (
