There's always one.I have a friend who does that because he won't eat dairy at all. No reason, he's not allergic, he has no moral objections, he's just never eaten it and is convinced he would hate it if he tried it.
He was on Rainbow as a kid, refusing to eat cheese in one of their VT segments.
