That really pleases me =) If lobster was the cost of chicken, and chicken was the cost of lobster.... lobster would even more so be my favorite meat. It's basicly the same dish I cooked that night, only I added roasted garlic jam 'cus I thought it would go (it does).
The trouble with lobster is that you can't grow them in tanks, 'cus they fight. If you could battery-farm them though, fucking hell, oh wow, that would be an amazing acheivement for the world.
