Oh, how strange.I would have thought if it was profitable to run a channel at all, it would be more profitable to run a channel for longer hours. Maybe they have something against repeated content, 'cus Food Network and Good Food tend to repeat things two days in a row, eg, between 0500-1700 will play yesterday's 1700-0500 or whatever.
