Sweet, I'm gonna buy some of those tin trays that take-aways have today too, with some cardboard tops and clingfilm and a pen........ then I'm gonna make'n'freeze some stuff that I can just take out the freezer and cook. Curry is a good one for that, but I think the first thing I'll make is something that Clare introduced to me, Botboti, it's a really nice sweet mince meat dish.
