Lusty and Iinvented a delicious Jamaican chicken dish yesterday. It started off being a marinade but it was so thick we cooked it in a pan rather than grilling. One less scotch bonnet next time though – it was ‘bastard hot’.

Oh yes thanks Monty!Following your link here to The Pickle Man's website I stuck the "selection pack" on my Christmas wishlist and got it. Lots of lovely little jars of things with chilies in. So far I have used the medium hot tomato sauce on a sausage sandwich and loved it. Looking forward to making a curry so I can enjoy some of the others.
