Over Christmas, as I was feeling very fucking lazy, I ended up watching quite a few new films, several of which were excellent. These included Megamind, Alice In Wonderland, and The Kings Speech. Also, I've been watching some TV, and ended up seeing the first series of Suits, as well as the new episode of Sherlock (which was very, very good)

If you are also lazy, what good films/TV programs have you seen lately?

Why does the evidence that convinced a Crown Court Jury beyond reasonable doubt and which the CPS had the confidence in (it has to stand the burden of having a good chance of conviction) sound 'shaky'
