pretty much, yeah.but the really frustrating thing is that the only line they are going to build entirely duplicates the route of the Airbus, which is an extremely efficient way of getting to the airport already and the tram will not be any quicker. An excellent use of just shy of a billion quid. even london is going to manage most of an olympics for that and we're getting 8 miles of pointless track.
