cheese is fucking awesome
although i was pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed pizza without cheese, provided it's stuffed full of vegetables.

but my flatmate was lactose intolerant (genuinely days of diarrhoea and sicking, not just a bit lame) and it was the only way she could eat it. i agreed to share it with her. had my cheddar at the ready to grate on top. realised to my huge surprise that you don't actually miss the cheese anywhere near as much as you'd think.

and i practically put cheese on ice cream!
