OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, sorry, sorry, I got it.word === "that" ..... that means "Strictly Equals", which is false, so won't run.
word !== "that" .... means "not equal", which it isn't, so therefore the statement is true.
You want to change === to !== or !=, both are fine.
