6 - 8.5 mile hilly walk today, my legs ache and my feet are buzzing in a good way.7 - good walk today, went and saw some friends in the pub yesterday afternoon and got some cuddles with a six-month old boy. LOLPEEDO.
9 - it's been a pretty good one, I reckon I could do with a lie-in tomorrow though.
