I made lamb tagine
in the slow cooker and I resisted the urge to put too much liquid in so it turned out deliciously gloopy.

What have you made lately that you're pleased with / proud of?

I've made the effort to exercise Lighty!
Did you book the hotel?

The non-river rooms were gone by the time you replied
so I have to ponder whether to pay an extra £10 for a river view...

Do it!
Unless there are any good deals at the Grand, or at the Travel Inn/Express place just off King Street.

I get 12% cashback
from my work deal with lastminute.com so it's really academic. I'm only fixating on the Brigstow as it's on the same road; one between the rail station and the Apple would be just as good.

Well shop around, anywhere central should be okay.
I'm sure I can get you back there without getting stabbed*

if you go on lastminute.com and look for Bristol
you can order by distance from "important bristol things" e.g. Ashton Gate.

Take a look, what should I select?

Hang on, I'll have a look.

Go with
Queens Square as your first search filter, and then The Watershed for your second.

Saying that, some of their selections aren't 'great' - let me know before you book anything.

I went with Queens Square
and ended up booking Holland House.

Woo! Coming to Jeffstock!

I've stayed there before.
Not a bad little drum. You've booked well.
