I found this article a while ago when I was looking into doing the Dunwich Dynamo later this year. Partway down, the guy claims to have done 38mph on a Boris bike down Ballingdon hill in Sudbury. It's very close to where I live and I keep meaning to see if my racer will do 40 down there. It is a bloody massive bit of landscape by Suffolk standards.

Edit: I don't trust banks. Please leave the money in an old sock under the bridge nearest Asda on the union canal, Edinburgh.
